I am diabetic and I want to lose my weight and I have problem In both my knees so I can't do hard workout. What I do doctor?

You can do exercise that do not involve weight bearing on your legs. You can lie down on an exercise mat and raise your legs in air to do leg exercises like air cycling. It costs you nothing and works out all the parts of body. Swimming is an excellent exercise in this regard.
