Though I take a proper diet and sleep of about 6-8 hour yet I feel too tired when I wake up. I also feel tired and sleepy all day due to which I delay my works. This has led me to a problem of delaying in completing the works and is causing a serious effect on my career. I do not do any form of exercise due to my schedule. Please suggest some solution.
