My problem is from last 2 years. My sex desire is behaving differently like in a year. For 2-3 months. It feels my penis is without semen but it is getting normal erections but I feel my sex desire is not ok as compared to the period when there is lot of sex desire and I get mad to do sex. And even during the off period I have night falls. Why is there so much on and off going as of sex desire?
