I am 23 year old boy, I am doing workout in gym since last 18 month but did not get body shape what I want. My workout is good but I have a diet problem. please suggest me better diet.

hello, yah sure u can get ur dream body. make sure u have proper protien source and good protien intake. breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk this diet 'll help u to gain weight n muscles
