Hello I have two kids one is of 4 year & one is of 5 year both are so weak looking like 2-3 years kid .what can I do for internal strongness of them? Even they do not eat food properly.Please tell sir.

Hello lybrate-user, right nutrition is very important for children at this age as this is a period of massive growth. All foods included in their diet should be power packed i. E giving many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help them in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, cutlets, chikkis of peanuts/chana, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain they might lose weight. If they do not eat something then leave them there and retry after sometime but do not give up.
