My doctor said I have skin amylydoisis and gave flutivate cream please suggest I have these black patches on back elbows and neck post tuberculosis and it medication. These scars were developed ever since then during my childhood and im still very sensitive to light and sun I feel itchy as well. Kindly suggest the best economical and safe treatment.
