I have vitamin d3 of 24.46 and have been prescribed injection arachitol 6 lakh twice a week. Is it ok to have such high dose of d3. Will lead to overdose of vitamin d3? Please help.

The most accurate way to measure how much vitamin d is in your body is the 25-hydroxy vitamin d blood test. A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/ml is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. So if you have 24.46 ng / ml, you do not need supplements.
