Rifagut is a luminal antimicrobial that is not absorbed and acts on gut lumen. It can also kill the normal microbiota of the intestine which could result in diarrhoea. I would like to see your cect report and also tell me the course of your illness. After this information I could suggest you better. For relief you can drink ors in water for now.
