Could you please suggest a healthy diet plan for the whole day i.e. Breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. To gain muscles and reduce belly fat. I am a gym lover and also prefer some walk to reduce unwanted calories from body. Kindly suggest accordingly. Thanks!
