I had a history of renal calculi of 5.5 mm in mid pole of calyx in right kidney. Last month I felt tremendous pain and burning in urethra .usg show .no calculi in kidney but mild right hydro ureteronephrosis. Few days after usg .i had flushed kidney stone during urination and now I do not felt any pain. Sometime there is lil mild flank pain. Its comes and goes within few second my concern is - should I have to take any medications for ureteronephrosis ?or it is subside by its own?
