I am a 22 year old woman. I?ve been having recurrent episodes of extreme dizziness everyday for about 6 months now. It?s getting worse day by day. I can?t sit or stand for too long else I feel that i?ll pass out. It only goes away after lying down. My heart rate also goes above 100 when this happens and I also have sob. My blood pressure is also on the lower side and gets as low as 75/50 when these episodes happen. I?ve checked it with a digital bp machine I have at my home.
