Early age and more masturbation isn't good for health and future sexual life. If there is nightfalls then it's ok. Do concentrate on study, good physical and mental health. Do kegale exercises for muscle tone which you will get on YouTube. Eat healthy food avoid junk food. Eat more ghee and drink milk regularly.
