I usually going to gym 3-4 days in a week. But I realise that due to this I have lots of gastric problem. And this gas causes me to go to latrine 3-4 times. And I losing weight month after month. What will I do to cure this?

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. Your problems need not be due to gym. It must be due to food. 1. Take food at proper time. Never miss a breakfast. 2. Have proper regular sleep. 3. No smoking. 4. Regarding food please take salad. Fruits. Any thing prepared by boiling, steam cooking or pressure cooking. Ie our rice chapatti and side dishes and other home made food are ok 5. Avoid food prepared in ovens like cake biscuits. Avoid anything deep or shallow fried. Avoid fruit juices and bottled drinks. You can take whole fruit 6. Too much nuts and dry fruits should be avoided. 7. Limit coffee and tea to 2 a day. Please avoid any so called energy. Protein drinks. After all our regular food provide all. Please let me know the ht and wt. Wt now and what was 3 months ago. Wait for 20 days to see the effect.
