Is there is relation between Blood pressure and Pulse rate? Is high pulse rate is an indication of rising Blood pressure? Suppose my PR is 65-70 ps, if it goes to 95-90 ps, should I think that my BP has risen?

Pulse rate & blood pressure are independent. If the pulse increase, it does not mean that your blood pressure increased. Blood pressure is the pressure of blood on vessels wall & pulse is the number of times the heart beats.
