I am 60 years female, I am prescribed methylcobalamin tablets 1500 by my ent doctor. I have been taking 1 becosules daily (on and off) for the past year. Please suggest should I continue becosules too along with methylcobalamin tablet?

Yes continue but on off is good don't take regularly.

Hi becosule contains only 15 mcg of methylcobalamine (b12) but also has other vitamin b complexes. So it should be fine to take both of them. Also at yoyears age, I would advice you to start taking calcium and d3 after going for dexa scan as with age, calcium and d3 deficiencies are common cause of weak bones. Regards.
