I suffer from stomach bloating every morning. And sometimes it happens after eating any meal! How do I get rid of it? It feels like I have eaten too much and feels heavy.

avoid excess of tea/coffee. Have timely meal. Reduce spices and masala. Take plenty of water through out the day of 2.5 to 3 litres. How about your stools. if no difficulty, fine otherwise take some medicine for that. Have some physical activity like walking, jogging, dancing, yoga etc., Take a litre of water first thing in the morning. By observing all these you will feel some comfort, otherwise come back again
