use some desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne for brushing twice daily. apply the toothpaste with finger on the teeth n leave it for 2 minutes. than normally Brush with ultra soft bristle brush. the result will be seen within a month.
Your mother may have sensitive teeth, the possible causes of which include:
tooth decay (cavities)
worn tooth enamel
exposed tooth root
it is a very common finding among both young as well as adult patients and is very much treatable. So do not worry. Usually desensitizing gels and mouthwashes are prescribed to treat this condition. However, in case of no response, we suspect conditions such as gum recession and deep cavities.
This could b either due to sensitivity due to loss of enamel surface or due to decay of tooth. It can also b due to recession of gums. Tooth decay can b treated by filling of tooth or by rct n capping of the decay is deep. Sensitivity can b reduced by using desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf or sensodyne toothpaste by rubbing some amount of toothpaste onto your tooth surface n wait till 5 mins before rinsing it off. Recession of gums can b best handled by a periofontist. Get your teeth evaluated by dentist to know the cause of your problem n get treated accordingly. Regsrds.
There may be multiple reasons like attrisions, abrasions. Basicallydammage of teeth in such a way that the protection of nerves with outer hard bony dentine and enamel is brisked. Visit the nearest dentine.
