Hi lybrate-user. While sleeping pills may provide temporary relief, they are not a long-term solution for sleep disorders, anxiety or depression. Additionally, some sleeping pills can be habit-forming and may have negative side effects. Here are some tips to reduce anxiety: when you feel anxious, take a break from what you're doing and do something calming, such as deep breathing, stretching, or taking a walk. Deep breathing can help reduce anxiety by slowing down your heart rate and relaxing your muscles. Breathe in deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Regular exercise can help reduce anxiety by releasing endorphins, which are natural mood-boosters. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. This will improve your sleep. Caffeine can increase anxiety symptoms. If you're feeling anxious, try to limit your caffeine intake or switch to decaf. Practice mindfulness- mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It can help you feel more calm and centered. Try practicing mindfulness meditation or simply being present in the moment. (if you want I will separately add a post on how we can practice mindfulness, I have previously too answered step by step guide) take care of yourself by doing things you enjoy, such as reading a book, taking a bath, or spending time in nature.
