I am a 26 year old male, and smoker since age 20, I have been lowering the smoking since october or september last year, above all since november. Nowadays I smoke very little, like once every 2 weeks and I don't even like it now to be honest, i've also lowered the alcohol use although I never drank too much. Yesterday after university I drank 2 beers and smoke half a cigarette, but also stayed up until 1 am just watching a movie, today I had a headache that made become a little bit out of energy. I was wondering if that's something related, and why now only with half cigarette and 2 beers i'm getting that? I thought that I was not so old for becoming sick only with those amounts.
