As I am suffering from vitamin b and d insufficiency that cause cheilitis. I have done to much research related to when to stay in sunlight. There are many opinion in google. Some say 11 am to 2 am, some say at early morning. I am confuse. Please tell which is best time to stay in sunlight.

In summer kindly avoid sunlight in the noon. You can get exposure of sunlight in early morning at 10 am for 10-15 min. Also you can take d3 extra 60000iu tablet once per week for 4-6 weeks for optimum level of vit d.

The whole day sunlight will give the benefits.. But during day the bad effects are more severe. UV rays are more harmful. Early morning or evening are best time.

Best time to have sunlight exposure is from 6.30 am to 10.30 am for half an hour. Also take d-rise 60k capsules once per week for 8 weeks and neuromart forte tablet once daily for 30 days.
