My age is 18. Am still going gym but I don't loss weight my current weight is around 65- 67 kg I go gym to 4 months but I don't see any results I stop eating packaged food beverages chocolate I just eat homemade food I take 7 meal a day lar pta ni kyu weight loos ni ho rha hai mere body na hi moti na hi toh patli hai chubby type hai merko todha sa slim hone.
