Respected sir I am 74 years old man without history of diabetes. I am suffering from chronic aphthous ulcers. The general physician after examining vitamin b12 level prescribed 14 meocon injections. I completed this course but I continue to suffer from aphthous ulcers. Wht could be reason for chronic mouth ulcers? Regards dinanath.
