I was suffering from anxiety and depression around 10 years back. Since then I have been taking trika .0.25 mg tablet one daily. Now I want to stop this tablet. But I am afraid that if I stop it I may have withdrawal symptoms and problem in sleep. Should I make it half tablet and then stop or should I continue to take it for life long. I am afraid that if I stop it I may have problem in good sleep. Please advice if stopping is better or to continue it. Presently I am not facing any problem of sleep or depression.
