Posthitis is infection of the foreskin, usually caused by fungus thriving in the hot and moist conditions. Balanoposthitis is inflammation of the foreskin and glans. This only occurs in uncircumcised men or people amab. Signs of balanoposthitis include itching, irritation and swollen foreskin and glans. Balanoposthitis occurs more often in people who have diabetes or a tight foreskin.
