This week i've been working from home lying on my bed however i've been sitting crossed legged and with one of my legs bent etc throughout the day probably 8 hours at least for 4 days in a row. However recently i've had this tingling in both knees, however a dull ache has been present which is just under my kneecap it is manageable but I can still feel it when i'm resting even when i'm walking slightly any idea what it is? Could it be cartilage damage or my patellofemoral tendon?
