Hi doctor, I am 48 years old. My job involves travelling around 60 -70 kms per day in bike as per my job profile. I get headache by 7 pm twice a week which is unbearable. I take lot of water and fruit juice when I am outside. kindly give suggestions how to cope up with the headache.
