I know I overeat at meals, but I can't help it. If I limit my Portions, I'm hungry an hour later. How can I avoid Overeating and have better control of my appetite? (I'm 5'6" and I keep on vomiting due to overeating I feel hungry all the time)

For controlling portion size, have a balanced diet. Make sure your diet consists of all five food groups- cereal, pulse/ meat, dairy product, fruit, vegetable. Include salad & curd/ channa in lunch & dinner. Have whole grains like atta, bajra, ragi, dalia, suji, oats, atta bread, brown rice instead of refined grains like maida, white bread, white rice, noodles, macaroni. Have whole fruit instead of juice. Include lassi/ chaans, fruit & green tea/ roasted chana or sprouts/ makhana as healthy snack options. Eat every 2-3 hours but in smaller portions. Eat according to appetite & not emotions. Maintain a food diary where you can record your food timings, quantity, etc.
