Hello doctor i'm 22 i'm having both premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction problem. I take shilajeet and healthy diet everyday but still there is no result. I'm single and I want to cure these 2 problems. Also I have urge to pee every time. Because of that at night I suffer with nightfall. Like at night I have to go 3-4 times to toilet midnight. Please give some home remedies to cure problem.
