I am facing the problem of weight gain due to the 8 hour sitting job, kindly suggest some diet chart to reduce my fat Regards Renu.

Hello mam, in order to reduce fat you have to cut down your calorie intake (under guidance of dietitian) and you have to do exercise like brisk walking or cycling or yoga n stretching for 5 days a week at least. Drink plenty of water. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables like gourds, bhindi, melon, berries, watermelon. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Avoid sweets, fried foods, carbonated beverages and processed foods. Thank you.
