I am suffering from both lactose intolerance and acidity at the same time so what should I do and eat to avoid this.

Since you already know you have lactose intolerance you should avoid lactose containing food like milk cheese butter yoghurt and ice cream etc. For acidity problem you should take smaller meals, avoid fatty foods and engage in regular physical activity (at least 150 mis/week). You can take over the counter antacids intermittently. If the problem does not resolve with these measures, you should contact a physician.
