Hi I have high blood pressure and I take twynsta 80/5 daily. Amaldopin 5 mg and telmisartan 80. Cardiology doctor told me to take nebilet as needed. My blood pressure is normally less than 140/80. I eat spicy chips today with cheese and my bp hit the roof 180/100. So I took nebiliet 5 mg and my blood after few hours back to normal less than 140/80. Is it dangerous if I stopped nebilet 5 mg. Should I continue taking nebilet 5 mg daily. Or I can stop it as advised by cardiology. I also go to the gym daily and may effect my exercise since it slow the heart rate thanks.
