I am 29 old. I have skin infection my scrotum got itching. While rubbing white powder is coming. I consulted a md skin specialist. He gave medicine fluconazole with beclamethasoe ointment and one anti fungal powder as a one month course. I completed course. During that time I felt cool, no infection. After few days it revert back. What to do ?

Welcome to lybrate, if you are married, it is possible that wife is suffering with fungal infection. Both of you should take treatment simultaneously. Your immunity might be low, thus you should get your blood sugar f & pp tested. Keep area ventilated by wearing loose cotton underwear to avoid sweating. During treatment do not apply soap on scrotum, just wash with plain water. You can apply candid cream locally after bath & take tab. Fluconazole-150 orally for a couple of days.
