Hi from past 1 month I am having shoulder blade, shoulder and upper left arm pain that is radiating to elbow. Mostly pain is severe and when it pain I am unable to do any activity. I even experience tingling in left shoulder blade. The pain is come and go and not constant. But one thing I noted that when I have tingling in shoulder blade I don't experience pain. It mostly pain in morning and evening times. Please suggest me treatment and what could be the cause.
