I am suffering from sneezing for long time, take lots of medicine but I am still I am suffering. A person suggest me to take'sumo cold and its working but just like addiction, means if I will not take that medicine today then I will again suffering. So I am taking sumo cold on daily basis. Please help me I don't know what to do.

You can not take sumo cold daily. It is a combination of four drugs in single table. On long duration it can cause lot of side effects. From your description you seem to suffer from allergy. There are three types of treatment for allergy 1 avoidance try to identify allergens affecting you by regular observation and try to avoid it. Suppose you have allergy to dust and dust mite try to keep your surrounding dust free. Use vacuum cleaner if possible. Remove soft and fur containing materials like blankets soft bed spread soft toys from your surrounding. Use facemask when you are outdoors. Try to avoid all irritants like fumes, perfume etc, stop smoking if you do. 2 medicines consult your doctor and take necessary medicine. Trust your doctor more than your friend and relatives. There are some safe medicines which you can take for slightly longer time. 3 if nothing works and if your allergy disturbs your routine than you should go for immunotherapy, in which tests are done to identify your allergens and if found appropriate than immunotherapy for affecting allergens is given. In immunotherapy very dilute extracts of your allergens is given to you on serial doses over long duration to desensitize. Discuss all the option in detail with your doctor when required.
