I'm suffering from constipation problem always hard in passing stools I think it's the starting stage of haemaroids r piles.

Take plenty of water viz., two to three litres per day. Take fibre containing food. Have some physical activity like morning walk or jogging. You can practice some Yogasanas for easy bowel movements. Do not take outside food. These are the some of the measures for relieving constipation.
