I'm skipping breakfast and dinner to take protein shake for weight loss. I have very very dry skin and wrinkles are visible on my hands, legs, thighs, and feet. please suggest some thing to make those wrinkles less visible and make them look smooth and soft.

Hello, skipping meals is not the way out, cut your portion rather. Eat more often in very small amount but in every two hours, take protein shake only if you work out. Hydrate your skin with fluids and drinking water. Take fruits and vegetables, boiled or raw. Moisturise your skin, your skin needs to be hydrated all the time. Use heavy moisturiser like body butter on it. Keep applying cream and sit in cool places, do not go out in sun.
