Hi. Drink more water. Avoid drinks that are carbonated or have caffeine. Urinate often. Avoid stone-formingfoods: beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of whichcancontribute tokidney stones. There are many homoeopathic medicines for recurrent kidney stones like lyco, staphy, can notharis, hydrangea, nux vom, apis, berb vulg, ocimum, tabacum etc .homoeopathic treatment helps to get rid of kidney stone permanently.
