Cut down on your junk food intake. Have regular and wholesome breakfast. Include more of proteins in your diet. Instead of chocolates and chips, snack on nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc) and salads. Drink plenty of water. It is preferable to have rice for lunch instead of dinner. Try to have your dinner before or at 8 pm. Don't skip any meals and don't starve yourself.
