Hi. I am male 25. I am in problem of head baldness. Some of my hairs are white and there is minimum number of hairs in front top of my head. Please suggest very good diet to control my hair fall and regenerate my hairs quickly. Thanks in advance.

Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily.
