I give the observations of lumbosacral spine mri with the request to advice me in the matter. End plate fatty marrow changes are seen at inferior endplace of l5 and superior end plate of s1 vertebra. Diffuse disk bulge pre dominently lateralised to right side is seen at l5-s1 level causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses, compression over bilateral traversing and left existing nerve roots. Ligamentatum flavum hypertrope, bilateral interfacet joint hypertropexy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at level l4-5 causing indentation over interior tsecalsac, plumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina, compression over bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots. Bilateral interfacet joint hypertrophy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at l 3-4 level causing indentation over interior thecal sac, clumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and compression over bilateral traversing nerve roots.
