Ligamentatum flavum hypertrope, bilateral interfacet joint hypertropexy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at level l4-5 causing indentation over interior tsecalsac, plumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina, compression over bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots. Bilateral interfacet joint hypertrophy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at l 3-4 level causing indentation over interior thecal sac, clumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and compression over bilateral traversing nerve roots. I shall thank you if you could go throw the findings of the mri and would physio/medicines help. I am aged 57 and in a sitting job in a bank from 9.00 to 7.00 pm. How much rest can be helpful as I am suffering from acute pain in my lower back and unable to sit as I feel pain in the tail also, thanks and regards
