Hello, sounds you give excessive undue stress/load on your spine by sitting for a prolonged time while studying. First of all avoid long time sitting without back support. Second, keep moving after every ten - twenty minutes like a gentle brisk walk in your room will suffice. Never sleep on your stomach instead prefer sleeping on your side. Apply hot pack on your pack for 20 min twice daily. And do gentle leg raising exercise one at a time at 60 degree with heep and knee straight by lying on your back. Repeat ten times on both legs. Twice daily. Have lots of water, prefer lime water early morning. Hope it helps.
