Have sneezing problem since last 10 days. It subsides after taking vozet but starts again next day. I am also having slight itching problem since last 2-3 months which may occur in hand or leg, mostly towards evening, it becomes red in that part and then goes away in an hour. Should I go for IGE or CBC or any other test to determine if it is some allergy.

You are allergic to something which you only can help in identifying it. As you have stated it manifests mostly in evening with reddish eruption which settles after some time, you must be coming in contact with this allergen around afternoon. You have to revisit your daily schedule and try to pin up something from everything which directly touches you, from clothes to chemicals, soaps, creams, oils, food items etc. Testing ige may only establish the presence of immune response due to hypersensitivity but is not going to clinch the cause. A patch test for common allergens is available but may not be of much help because generally it puts finger on multiple items and densitization to all is a long procedure. The best way is to have minute observation of everything coming in your contact especially those on the day you have these manifestations. If there are days of remissions, then the suspected allergen should also be absent from your list on those days and on the day of manifestations the allergen exposure will be there. In this way by trial and error, the most possible culprit can be identified and its elimination will solve the problem without need of any medication.
