Hello sir/madam ,i have left lower back pain radiating to left leg. Doctor physician advised me to go mri scanning, in the report I found that osteophytes (bone spur) has observed .i found difficulty while sleeping ,sitting for long hours and also it got swelled .i thought that bone spur compresses the sciatic nerve .any spine surgeon please help me regarding this. Do I need any surgery compulsory or could non surgical treatment helps me get rid of this .i'm scared please help me doctors. And also if I get rid of non surgical treatments is there any chance that osteophytes would create any problem in future.
