I am getting too much tired after my 12 hours job schedule as I am working in the retail line whole day I have to stand for attending the customer and understanding his requirements. As I am working in retail since 12 long years my backbone is also giving problems with pain and my legs also is too much pain. Please help me & guide me some medical treatment or any home remedies.

You need to manage your work schedule as body need rest too. Do light exercise daily including lots of stretching. Avoid prolong standing and if possible do rest after every 39-45 min of standing. You may also take homoeopathic treatment for strengthening your nerves and muscles.
