Hello sir, I am 29 years old and I forget many things and can't think many things. So is this because of vitamin b12 deficiency and can I take vitamin b12 supplement.

No, it may not just be because of Vit B12 deficiency. There are other probable causes also, like some diseases, stress, tension, disease of brain etc.
