I am 43 years and from past few days I do some tests kft normal, bg fasting 95. Bg random 178, lipid profile my tg is 300, lft sgot and sgpt are high and hba1c is 6.6 and after 3 to 4 day I repeat bgf it was 122 suggest me if I am pre-diabetic or diabetic. Should I take medicine for it.
