I am getting weak day by day, my face got thin, what is the reason, please help me.

Please provide the actual weight change. Weight loss especially from face happens commonly with starvation or dieting. Your diet should foods rich in nutritious oils and good carbs. Nuts raisins and porridge with milk should be in breakfast. Other meals should have good combination of roti sabji dal dahi and jaggery. This if followed for 1 month doesn't change your weight, we have ask for few blood test.
