I sleep to much since my childhood even I get enough sleep during the night but still feel sleepy during the day also and I understand this problem since I join to live in hostel with others. And one more problem what ever I'm eating my stomach is bloating and this two problem affected my life too much. Please if there is any medicine or life style suggest me! Thank you.

Tips- avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and get your blood checked for cbc and revert with reports.
