Hi I am a 14 years old teenager who have been worried about smoking. I don't smoke and never will but what has been worrying is that I have smoked two cigarettes (both half) last year and it's freaking me out for google says I may have long term diseases like cancer for inhaling nicotine. I would really appreciate if you help me with this as I am very worried about my future now. Note- I didn't take in the smoke through my lungs but took it in my mouth and released it in the air. Thank you!

2 cigarettes can’t get you cancer at all so stop worrying about it if you smoke cigarettes for long term then it might get you cancer.
