Hello doctor, now I am in my 9th month of pregnancy, I tested my blood sugar level 2 times in a week using accu check meter at home. The reading are in mg/dl fasting 110 pp 146 pre lunch 83 pre dinner 109 next reading fasting 101 pp 137 pre lunch 79 pre dinner 100 is it okay to maintain blood sugar level through diet alone or should I take glycomet tablet?

This is ok for diet alone. Keep a strict check on baby movements also and continue the monitoring of sugars.
